- Power off your cell phone.
- Next hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button.

- * This key is situated at Bottom Left of your phone.
- Now confirm option "Yes -- delete all user data".
- After that select "reboot system now".
- Good job!
- Power off your cell phone.
- Next hold and press Volume Down + Power button for couple seconds.
- From the Factory Mode choose option "Clear eMMC" using Volume Down to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
- Now your phone will reset.
- After that select option "Reboot".
- Done!

- Next hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button, until you see menu of Factory/Recovery mode.
- Then select Recovery mode using Volume Up to confirm.
- Now scroll to option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume Down to scroll, and Menu key to confirm.

- In the end confirm option "reboot system now" using Menu key.

- In the end to reboot your phone select "reboot system now".
